Ian from Hermosa
Meet Ian! Ian is one of our regulars on the weekends in Hermosa. He loves to come down to Good Stuff, his "favorite restaurant, because he likes the food and the outside," in Ian’s words. He is a busy little guy who just turned 5 years old. He likes everything about his preschool, and in his free time likes to play video games, especially playstation. Ian also has two cats at home named Billy and Mickey. His favorite color is red, which is perfect for this time of year. Ian has been enjoying Good Stuff since he was 1 year old and loves the waffles with the "face on it".
So next time you’re in Hermosa on the weekends for breakfast, keep your eye out for Ian, he’ll probably be enjoying the sun on the sidewalk.

SPECIAL RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Coffee Cake
Perfect for the Holidays!
Preheat Oven to 375
don’t use a blender - hand mix only
1 1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of butter
cut butter into the flour - set aside
in a separate bowl mix together:
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp. vanilla
mix above together with:
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
combine all of above
Cinnamon Nut Topping:
4 tbl. melted butter
2 tbl. cinnamon
mix together then add:
2 tbl. flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
spread 1/2 of coffee cake mixture into 8 in. greased pan & add 1/2 of the cinnamon nut topping repeat with remaining mixes.
Bake for 40 minutes
