Megan loves the early morning shifts. Why? She loves to experience the quiet and to see “El Segundo come alive!” She enjoys the many familiar faces who order the same “favorite thing” each time they come in for a fabulous breakfast. Megan’s personal favorite breakfast is the Eggs Florentine with avocado. Healthy, yes, but she looks great!
When asked what her favorite part of her job is, she replies, “by far, it is the people I work with. I don’t think I’ve ever had as much fun at a job as I do here. I actually look forward to coming to work.”
Of course, Megan herself is so much fun to be around, how could anyone not have fun in her presence. So, next time you want to treat yourself to a weekday breakfast, look for Megan. If you order the same thing a few times in a row, chances are, she will remember.
