Being his first and only job since he moved here from Guatemala tells a lot! He loves how he and the staff all work together, like a family, a good family. He loves the customers and the food. Not a day goes by that he ever dreads going to work! The BBQ ribs are his favorite and he is glad to see those back on the menu. In his free time, he keeps his spirits and good personality alive by working out, running and lifting weights.
