Shown here in their Good Stuff Jackets and next to their "lucky car" is a great group of kids that I had the honor to manage and sponsor this past baseball season.
We started out kind of slow winning just 1 game in the first 8, but the kids and my coaches, Dustin & George, never gave up. We practiced hard and ended up winning our last 7 games of the season. We went to the playoffs and beat the Angels 10 - 9 setting up a dramatic match-up June 12th with the strongest team in our league, the pinstripes themselves - the Yankees! Well, we battled hard and took them to 2 extra innings before losing a close one 4-3. Thanks again to Cole, Zach, David, Andrew, Kris, Patrick, Steven, Aaron, Alex, Adam and my son Cameron for never giving up and giving your best to make such a memorable season!
