Being so involved in all of the three restaurants, Nicole enjoys relaxing with a day of shopping at "South Coast Plaza," (or any shopping will do) and also with an occasional refreshing spa and massage day.

Nicole lives in San Pedro, where she was born and raised, with her boyfriend Michael of six years and is currently taking a break from school. She plans on finishing school in the future.

When asked what she enjoys the most about her job, she replied, "Everything, the employees, the atmosphere, and getting to know the customers."

Nicole is a valued employee and we hope to keep her as long as we can.
