SPECIAL RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Dijon Turkey Meatloaf
1 lb. ground turkey meat
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms - chopped
1/2 cup red bell peppers - chopped
1/2 cup white onion - chopped
1 whole egg
8 crackers crumble with rolling pin
salt pinch
pepper pinch
1/2 tsp. spike seasoning
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbl. Dijon mustard
Use a round mixing bowl and combine all ingredients - make into a loaf with a canal down the middle then spread a little Dijon on top of the loaf and put in a oven proof container for cooking. Don’t use a flat tray. Place in oven at 350 for approx. 35 to 45 minutes, remove and let stand for 5 minutes then slice and serve.
